Baqi Digital provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content creation, email marketing, analytics, and consulting.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined in individual proposals or contracts.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Grant timely access to required accounts and assets

Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines

Comply with applicable laws and platform policies

Delays caused by missing inputs may affect timelines and results.

Fees are outlined in proposals or agreements

Payments are due as specified, typically monthly or milestone-based

Late payments may result in service suspension

All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, revenue, or performance metrics.

Client-owned content remains the client's property

Marketing materials created by us become client property upon full payment

We may showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for fulfilling the services.

Baqi Digital is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Platform changes or third-party service failures

Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 3 months.

Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in the agreement. Outstanding payments remain due upon termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Baqi Digital operates.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of the updated terms.
